Who we are
Sentra provides payment fraud protection software for construction and trades SMEs. We collect limited information to operate accounts, provide the platform, and respond to contact and feedback enquiries.
What we collect
Account and enquiry data may include:
- Name, company, role, email, and phone
- Business type, company size, and how you handle invoices
- Areas where you want help (e.g. fake invoices, bank-detail changes)
- Platform usage data necessary for risk review and audit trails
- Feedback and optional notes you choose to provide
We do not ask for bank logins, passwords, full supplier lists, or Microsoft admin credentials during registration or enquiry forms.
How we use your data
- To provide and secure the Sentra platform for your organisation
- To respond to contact, feedback, and support enquiries
- To understand product fit and improve Sentra based on customer feedback
- To schedule onboarding or feedback calls if you agree
Data retention
Account and enquiry data is retained while you use Sentra and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can support you and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Platform storage
Platform data is stored in Supabase (hosted Postgres) with per-organisation isolation. Access requires authentication; row-level security limits what each signed-in user can read.
