Sentra is commercial payment-fraud monitoring software. Features and pricing may change as we release updates. Subscriptions are governed by these terms and your chosen plan. We welcome customer feedback and use it to improve the platform.

What Sentra provides

Sentra supports payment fraud risk review and a structured verification workflow. It helps flag suspicious invoices, supplier impersonation signals, and bank-detail changes — it does not replace human judgement or your internal approval processes.

Your responsibilities

• You remain responsible for all payment decisions.
• You should verify supplier details using trusted contact methods before paying.
• You should connect only the mailboxes your organisation intends to monitor.

No guarantee of detection

Sentra cannot guarantee that all fraud, impersonation, or payment diversion will be detected. Risk scoring is indicative and should be combined with your own controls.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Sentra is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. We are not liable for losses arising from payment decisions made by you or your organisation.
